Chicken trader honey trapped, tortured in Patna
According to the police, the kidnappers honey trapped Pritam Kumar before kidnapping him and torturing him in a room in the city's Jaganpura neighborhood.
A senior officer of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO)-run Integrated Test Range (ITR) centre in Chandipur was arrested by the Odisha Police on Friday for allegedly leaking sensitive defence information to a Pakistani agent.
“Senior ranked officer of Integrated Test Range Centre in Chandipur has managed to transmit and share the secrets of sensitive defence information regarding the missile test to a foreign agent of Pakistan for sexual favour as well as monetary gratification”, the Odisha Police said in an official statement.

The arrested ITR officer booked under 120-A, 120-B, 34 Indian Penal Code, 3,4,5 of Official Secrets Act, 1923 is being interrogated. He was honey-trapped by a Rawalpindi-based Pakistani woman. Further investigation is underway as the possibility of more ITR staff involved in the incident may not be ruled out, said senior police officials.
